Shipping policy
Thanks for shopping with Grayson Wells. This page explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday enter processing on the next business day.
Processing (also called handling) takes 1 to 2 business days. This is the time we need to check and pack your order before dispatch.
Shipping and delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched, transit takes 6 to 8 business days to reach you. Your total delivery time is the processing time plus the transit time, so most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the day you place them.
- Processing (handling): 1 to 2 business days
- Transit: 6 to 8 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 7 to 10 business days
Delivery estimates are counted from the day you place your order.
Shipping cost
Standard Shipping with Tracking costs $4.99 USD per order to the United States and Canada.
Order tracking
All orders ship with tracking. When your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also use Track Order on our website to follow your parcel.
Delays
The delivery windows above cover the large majority of orders. During busy periods, or because of customs checks, weather, or carrier disruption, a small number of orders can take a little longer. If your order passes the estimated delivery window, get in touch and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update the address only before an order is dispatched, so contact us quickly if you spot a mistake. We aren't able to recover orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
